Policy of Changes and Guarantees

Product changes must be made within a period of less than eight calendar days for general clothing and two calendar days for dresses or party suits after the purchase is made and presenting the purchase invoice. To make changes you must take into account: Products on promotion or purchased in the offers section do not have change by size, color or reference, only for quality reasons. The changes must be made for a commercial value equal to or greater than the one at which they were acquired. The possibility of change is subject to inventory availability. The garments must be returned unused, washed, or modified and with the original labels and packaging. Accessories and underwear do not have change. The footwear does not have a guarantee for accessories, nor for misuse. Planet Kids will be exonerated from any responsibility for any damage or variation that the product may suffer derived from a fact or circumstance caused by force majeure or fortuitous event, that there has been an improper use of the good by the client, ignoring the relative instructions to the use and care of the product, or that the actions of a third party may have caused damage to the product. If a guarantee is required for a damaged or defective product, the Planet Kids quality control department must review it to identify the cause of the damage, finding that if it is the result of a manufacturing defect, the garment will be changed; but, if it is found that the damage to the product is a consequence of lack of care and misuse of the garment or due to an event generated by force majeure or a fortuitous event, Planet Kids will refrain from making the change and the purchased good will be returned in the same conditions in which it was received to be reviewed in terms of quality.
